The reality star, 28, began dating Bush, 24, the running back for the New Orleans Saints, in April 2007.
So why have they broken up?
According to US magazine Kim's rep explains the sudden break up:
"Nobody cheated," a source close to the couple says. "This is just a case of conflicting schedules and their lives going in different directions.
Even with all the rumors of engagement and pregnancy, I really thought they would make it through. Who knows, maybe they just need some time apart to focus on their careers and they'll probably hit it off again.
